Kristianstad FC sports director Dennis Nanasi told the club official website: "We are extremely pleased to have managed to keep both ‘Abdi’ (Magashy) and Hassan.

"Abdi’ belonged to our best players in the fall, but there is much more to pick out. He is an uncut diamond…

"Hassan Lawrence played all the matches since he made his debut, but had some personal problems thereafter (he lost his father).

"I am convinced that he will do well in the new season.”

Kristianstad FC starts with a home match against Lunds BK on April 7 at Kristianstad football stadium before taking Oskarshamn's AIK six days later.
