UEFA CL: Real coach Zidane speaks about losing his job - FCNaija

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has spoken about losing his job if he suffered a defeat against Paris Saint-Germain.

Zidane’s job is online with Real Madrid’s season hooked on defeating PSG and retaining the Champions League title for the third time in a row.

And when asked about his situation and a potential successor, Zidane was happy to talk up the work of Juvenil A coach and former Real teammate Guti.

"Yes, and I see him coaching, he prepares to coach (the first team) someday, it can be him, he said it and I see it well, I do not see him, as a coach might think, with a bad eye. Why not? It's his dream," said Zidane.

The Frenchman, however, added: "Right now my future does not matter, but tomorrow is not an end for me."

Zidane won back to back Champions League for Real Madrid and also cling the La Liga trophy last season coupled with the two European Super Cups, one Spanish Super Cup and the two World Club  Cups in his first two years as a coach.
