Barcelona have been drawn against Premier League champions in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 fixture in a draw held in Nyon.
In 12 Champions League meetings between Chelsea and Barcelona, the Blues have won four, drawn five and lost three. Their most recent meeting was in 2014, with the tie ending in a 2-2 draw.
Two seeding pots were formed: one consisting of group winners and the other of runners-up. No team can play a club from their group or any side from their own association.
