Eden Hazard has bid the Blues fans fare ware after European League final triumph over Arsenal on Wednesday evening.
Hazard scored a brace in the 4-1 win over Unai Emery's men in Baku meaning the Belgian put in a farewell performance for the Blue fans.
After the game Hazard confirmed his exit from the Stamford Bridge this summer after seven years with the West Londoners.
Asked if this is the end of his Chelsea career, he told beIN SPORTS: ‘I think so. I want a new challenge like I said last year after the World Cup but it didn’t happen. ‘So now it’s between both clubs, so I will see. I am still waiting like you are waiting like the fans are waiting, so we’ll see in a couple of days.’
Asked if he had a goodbye message for Chelsea fans, he continued: ‘I love them. They are part of my family. I will always support Chelsea. ‘I don’t know if it’s a goodbye, but if it’s goodbye then thank you for these seven years.’
Hazard scored 21 goals for Chelsea in all competitions he also led the way with assists in the Premier League, setting up 15 goals this season.
