Watford fought back from two goals down to secure a draw against Arsenal at the Vicarage Road on Sunday.
Arsenal had the game under their control with Pierre Emerick Aubameyang scoring the opener in the 20th minute of the match.
Arsenal had no issue moving forward whenever they had the ball on their feet with Watford looking shaky in the midfield and defence.
Ozil opened up the defence up for Maitland-Niles to connect with Aubamenyang for the second goal in the 30th minute.
Watford made some attacking moves but the defence of Arsenal did enough to hold the host in the opening 35 minutes.

Watford took the game to Arsenal in the second, Dani Ceballos was withdrawn in the 59th minute as Willock was thrown in for the Spanish midfielder.
Watford looked differently from what they were in the first half, they are a bit sharper and more direct in the second half.
Ozil was substituted for Nelson with 11 minutes to end the game as Unai Emery looked to add fresh legs to the game.
David Luiz attempted to defend a Watford player resulted in a penalty and Pereya made no mistake to convert from the spot.
The game ended 2-2, up next for Arsenal is the clash against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League on Thursday in Germany.
