Willian opens up on Hazard move to Real Madrid

Chelsea midfielder Willian has opened up on Eden Hazard move to Real Madrid after the re-appointment of Zinedine Zidane as the club head coach following the sack of Santiago Solari.

Hazard fancies the opportunity to work under Zidane and as a player, he idolised the former France midfielder and report suggests that the return of Zidane to the Bernabeu dugout would facilitate Hazard move to Real Madrid.

Hazard Chelsea teammate Emerson Palmieri insisted that the Stamford Bridge outfit players were  ‘afraid’ Hazard could depart this summer and Willian concedes that it’s a real possibility.

Though Willian maintained that Hazard is fully committed to Chelsea and he wants the Belgian forward to remain fully committed to Chelsea. ‘No doubt, he’s focused here,’ Willian said. 

  ‘He’s never said something about Real Madrid or stuff like this. He just wants to continue to play for Chelsea

‘First of all, I hope he stays with us. But in football, you never know what can happen, ‘Of course, Eden is a fantastic player, one of the best players in the world. He’s my friend, one of the best players I’ve played with in my whole career. ‘I just have to say I hope he stays with us. That’s it.’

Chelsea will travel to Ukraine to face Dynamo Kiev in the Olympisky Stadium for the return leg of their Europe League fixtures.
