The report in Spain claimed that Zidane views it as his “biggest regret” from the last transfer window that he couldn’t bring Ndombele to La Liga.
Zidane wants competition for Casemiro in the midfield but he was solely focused on signing Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Ndombele, 22, is one of the best players for Spurs despite the team’s lack of form and fitness this season.
