Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has instructed president Florentino Perez to go for Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah and dump the pursuit of Tottenham forward Harry Kane, according to report in Spanish media
Salah has been in scintillating form with 31 goals and creating nine assists in the process in all competition this season.
According to Diario Gol,
the Egyptian is attracting interest from Real Madrid and Zidane has also emphasized on the need to sign the former AS Roma forward and he has advised Perez on the issue.

Zidane has shown his preference for the Liverpool star over Tottenham’s Kane, The Frenchman wants to draft Cristiano Ronaldo to the centre-forward role and he wants a versatile forward to work with Ronaldo up front and he sees the Egyptian forward as the ideal player.
Kane has been in Real Madrid’s sight since the start of the season and Perez has been in talks with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy for a deal, the English forward is rated in the €200m class by his London club.
Zidane does not support such deal and he has opted for Salah who will be much less than €200m, the Frenchman believes the Liverpool attacker will suit Real Madrid style than Spurs Kane.
