Barcelona and Juventus are prepared to lock horns with Real Madrid for the signature of Brazilian youngster Vitor Roque, according to reports.

Real Madrid has explored the Brazilian market over the past season and has been able to identify a few talents that took the game to another level, the likes of Marcelo, Casemiro, Vinicius, Rodrygo and Reinier were all shipped in from the Brazilian league and they are ready to dive into the market once again to get another player from the Brazil Serie A to La Liga, according to report in Mundo Depotivo.

Roque is on the list of top European clubs with the likes of Barcelona and Juventus keeping tabs on the Athletico Paranaense wonder kid.

Juventus has made a bid rejected for the attacker, with the Serie A team offering a €15 million fee to sign the Brazilian ace, Athletico Paranaense is holding out for more.

Real Madrid paid a €45 million transfer fee to sign Rodrygo from Santos at just 18 years of age and the Santiago Bernabeu team is reaping the benefit, Rodrygo was instrumental to Los Blancos Champions League triumph and he has already picked up from where he stopped last season in the La Liga and the Champions League.

Roque joined Athletico Paranaense in April earlier this year and has already grown into a key player for the team. He has six goals and two assists in 25 matches in all competitions for the Brazilian outfit.

The 17-year-old centre-forward has scored and assisted two goals apiece in the Copa Libertadores, helping Athletico reach the finals of the South American continental tournament.

Roque will be one of the best strikers in the world over time, having established himself as one of the best centre attackers in the Brazilian league, Real Madrid would need to beat the likes of Barcelona and Juventus to his signature.
