Denmark kept Kylian Mbappe silent for the duration of the match with the Dane claiming a comfortable 2-0 win against France in the Uefa Nations League on Sunday evening.

Denmark drew the first blood against France in the 34th minute thanks to Kasper Dolberg’s effort that made the difference after half an hour mark, The Sevilla attacker met a perfect cross from Mikkel Damsgaard deep inside the box and controls it with a nice first touch. He produced an accurate strike into the bottom left corner to take the score to 1-0.

Denmark was on the mark again with just six minutes to end the first half with Andreas Skov Olsen scoring the second for the Danish team with a clinical finish to make it 2-0 for the Dane.

Kasper Schmeichel pulled off a great save to deny Kylian Mbappe after the Paris Saint-Germain attacker received a precise defence-splitting pass. The effort is headed for the bottom right corner, but the goalkeeper dived superbly to stop it.

Antoine Griezmann almost scores with a cheeky low shot towards the goal that goes under the defensive wall, but Schmeichel was alert and makes a good save in the 52nd minute.
The World Champion crumbled against the Dane this time.

Though France survived relegation having finished behind Croatia and Denmark in the standings.
