The Blues won the competition in the 2020-21 campaign but were unable to defend their title, suffering a 5-4 defeat on aggregate to eventual champions Real Madrid.
Dinamo Zagreb will be meeting Chelsea for the first time in the Champions League and The Citizens have met London-based teams 11 times thus far, picking up three wins in that period.
