Barcelona target Jorginho is stalled with contract negotiations with Chelsea as the Italian midfielder wants a pay rise to reject a move from Barcelona.
The former Napoli midfielder has rejected a proposal from Chelsea to extend his deal at Stamford Bridge, according to a report from Evening Standard, Jorginho is a subject of interest from Barcelona, and he wants a pay rise to stay beyond his current deal at Chelsea.
Chelsea is keen on keeping the midfielder but the Italian midfielder wants a significant pay rise and Chelsea has reportedly offered to extend his contract without increasing his current £120,000-a-week salary.

Jorginho rejected the proposal, his reason is the recent contract offered to his teammate Cesar Azpilicueta, the wage of the club’s captain was increased to £150,000 per week, and the Italian international wants parity.
