Manchester United is prepared to unsettle Real Madrid midfielder as the Premier League initiate an offer of Є60m for Los Blancos defensive midfielder Casemiro.
Manchester United has moved to solve their defensive issue and last season they convinced Real Madrid to the selling of Raphael Varane this time the Red Devil initiated a move to get the Brazilian enforcer to Old Trafford with the La Liga Champions not open to the deal.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelloti is not interested in letting the midfielder leave and he has considered him ‘not transferable’ at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Casemiro is not interested in a move to Manchester United this season but has not ruled out a future move to the club, it could be next season with Real Madrid having adequate cover-ups in the position having signed Aurelien Tchoumeni from AS Monaco this summer, Fede Valverde and Eduardo Camavinga can also be deployed in the defensive midfield role should Casemiro quit Bernabeu for a move abroad.
Paris Saint-Germain is also monitoring the situation, once Real Madrid signify interest to sanction a move for the former Sao Paulo player it would be a case of the highest bidder between the two clubs.
At the moment it has not crossed Real Madrid’s mind to let go of their anchor man but this is football where anything can happen once the offer is right.
Real Madrid sign Casemiro for Є6million from Sao Paulo and a deal worth 60m for the midfielder could be an enticing deal Los Blancos president Florentino Perez could consider the offer but would be careful not to make the same mistake he made with Claude Makelele in 2004.
