Manchester United transfer target Cody Gakpo is reportedly set to change agents, amid interest from several clubs in the Premier League.
The 23-year-old Netherland international made 47 appearances in all competitions last season scored 21 goals and provided 15 assists as he becomes one of the most sought-after forwards during the summer transfer window.
Manchester United reportedly agreed to personal terms with Gakpo and appeared to be the front-runners for his signature as the transfer window came to an end, but PSV director John de Jong recently admitted that no deal was ultimately consummated.
Gakpo was also heavily linked to a move to Southampton, who purportedly had a bid of over £20 million rejected by PSV.

In the meantime, Leeds United director of football Victor Orta traveled to the Netherlands to negotiate a deal for the attacker with PSV, but neither party was successful.
With the Dutch transfer window closing a day earlier than the rest of Europe due to an administrative error by the Dutch FA, PSV refused to sell Gakpo in the closing stages of the window as they would have been unable to recruit a replacement.
Gakpo, who has four years left on his contract, is now still employed at PSV, but rumors about his future professional plans are persistent.
According to Football Insider, Gakpo is currently represented by Dutch agency SEG, who also represent the likes of Ajax’s Daley Blind, Manchester City’s Sergio Gomez and Brentford’s Kristoffer Ajer.
Gakpo has since made an impressive start to the new campaign, scoring 10 goals and providing nine assists in 13 appearances for PSV across all tournaments, including eight goals and six assists in just seven Eredivisie matches.
