Giacomo Raspadori scores a late goal seal a vital win following Napoli’s 1-0 victory over Spezia without injured Victor Osimhen in the Serie A encounter at Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Partenopei were fired up after beating Liverpool 4-1 here in the Champions League this week with Luciano Spalletti making some notable changes in the starting eleven.

Raspadori replaced injured Victor Osimhen, and Juan Jesus, making his first appearance for the Partenopei, got the nod over Kim Min-Jae.

Kvicha Kvaratskhelia received the award before kick-off as Serie A Player of the Month for August and immediately proved why, skipping past two players with a double nutmeg before his shot was charged down by Nikolaou.

Just before the 90th minute, Giacomo Raspadori arrived at the right place, notching up the opener for the home side, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

Luciano Spalletti and a member of the Spezia staff were sent off in a discussion about how much extra time was awarded.
