Richarlison scores twice as Brazil teach Ghana a lesson after a 3-0 victory in an international friendly encounter at Stade Oceane in Le Havre ahead of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Neymar pulled the strings in the first half with Marquinhos putting Selecao into an early lead after PSG skipper thumping header from Barcelona summer signing Raphinha’s devilishly powerful corner.

Raphinha and Vinicius Junior failed to take chances before Richarlison showed how it is done in the 28th minute after the Tottenham star swept a crisp and low first-time shot into the bottom-right corner from Neymar’s pass.

When Neymar took over set-piece responsibilities on the left and fired a dangerous free-kick into the near post, Richarlison’s header gave Jojo Wollacott little chance to save the ball.

This was Brazil’s third goal of the game but Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams and Brighton right-back Tarq Lamptey made their Ghana debut in defeat.

Brazil faces Tunisia next Tuesday at Parc des Princes in France as they go after a sixth FIFA World Cup title, while Ghana battle  Nicaragua at the Francisco Artés Carrasco Stadium.
