West Ham are in advanced talks with Swansea City over the signing of midfielder Flynn Downes.
According to Sky Sports News, a deal thought to be worth £12million is close to being finalised.
West Ham increasingly confident they can complete the signing.

Everton adamant Gordon not for sale
Everton are determined to keep Anthony Gordan at Goodison Park and are adamant he is not for sale amid interest from Newcastle.
The Magpies did not make an official bid for the 21-year-old winger, more what was described as a tentative enquiry as they weigh up options.
Gordon one of a number of players Newcastle have looked at in that position, another is Bayer Leverkusen’s Mousa Diaby.
At this stage, it appears very unlikely any deal will progress for Gordon to Newcastle.

Southampton are in advanced talks to sign Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo.
A deal is close to being agreed and the fee is believed to be worth £10m including add-ons.
It is understood the 25-year-old, who has a £10m release clause in his contract, is open to the move to St Mary’s.
The Nigerian international has one year left on his deal at Ibrox, having moved to Glasgow in the summer of 2019 from Charlton Athletic
