Udinese extended their winning streak with a 3-1 win over Inter Milan in the Serie A at the Dacia Stadium on Sunday afternoon, the home team came from a goal behind to clinch the three points against Simeone Inzaghi’s men.

Inter Milan drew the first blood in the 5th minute of the match from a free-kick with Nicolo Barella breaking the deadlock.

Inter Milan held the lead to the 22nd minute an own goal from defender Milan Skriniar gifted the home team an equaliser, Alessandro Bastoni was on the verge of restoring the lead but Udinese goalkeeper Marco Silvestri prevented the defender from scoring.

The first half ended with a 1-1 draw at the Dacia Arena with Udinese crawling back to earn a draw after the opening 45 minutes.

Inter Milan converted a chance in the 55th minute but it was ruled off-side with Edin Dzeko slightly ahead of the defender in an offside position.

Udinese scored the second goal to grab a late winner against Inter Milan, Jaka Bijol scored from a bullet header from the penalty spot to take the scoreline to 2-1 in favour of the home team.

Tolgay Arslan’s powerful header made it 3-1 for the host in the additional time of the match as the home team continue their fine form and extended their unbeaten run to five games.

Udinese will play Verona away while Inter Milan will host AS Roma in their next Serie A matches.
